A great line up of prizes are on offer for the three winners of the 2013 On Line Electrician of the Year Awards.
The prizes have been kindly offered by the sponsors of the awards, Megger, Vent-Axia and LEDextra all well known and respected names within the electrical industry. The prize packages on offer are designed to make the working and promotional life of the electrician much easier.
The On Line Electrician of the Year Awards is now in it's third year and awards 3 electricians for their use of on line resources to promote their business or to educate the public on the safe use of electricity. There are three awards on offer – Gold, Silver and Bronze each awarding best use of on line resources.
The Gold Prize Package is a Megger MFT1720 which is the most popular of the range of 17th edition testers offered by Megger including auto RCD testing, phase rotation, programmable and 3 phase RCD testing and current measurement with the optional clamp.
The winner will also receive a Gold Winners logo which can be used on all stationary and promotional material for their business. In addition the winner will receive a year of on going publicity for their business which will be featured and promoted on line.
The Silver prize package is a wireless LED Colour change kit courtesy of LEDextra. The kit contains everything needed to add colour to a room – shelves, under cupboards and coving. Suitable for use in virtually every application the LED lights are made up of colourful and flexible lighting strips. With 3M adhesive backing tape it provides secure and easy application to almost any surface. Installation is cable free and the lights are controlled by a wireless controller.
The winner will also receive a Silver winners logo.
The Bronze prize package is a Vent-Axia Silent Fan which is the quietest bathroom fan on the market. Providing stylish and silent ventilation without compromising on performance. The Vent-Axia silent fan suits family households with fans that do not disturb sleeping patterns. The fan is compliant with current building regulations.
The winner will also receive a Bronze winners logo.
Last years Gold Prize Winner James Dewane from Kent Electrics has had a very exciting year being looked after by Megger including an exclusive prize presenting ceremony and a tour of the Megger factory in Dover amongst other things.
Awards are open now until 31st October 2013 and are open to all electricians whether apprentice, professional electrician or work for an electrical contracting business. Entries can be made on line
After entries close, they will be judged in house with a short list being made publicly available soon after the closing date.
The short list will be judged by the sponsors who will decide upon the final 3 winners who will each receive one of the prize packages on offer.
