ESTS Electrical Safety Training Services are part of the Di-Log group which has been established for over 20 years specialising in all aspects of electrical test equipment.
ESTS has been set up to provide quality training courses across the U.K.
Every item of electrical equipment in a commercial environment is required to be tested for electrical safety. Once tested, a record must be kept and the appliance labelled correctly for it to be deemed as safe to use. Whether it is a kettle, lamp or PC and regardless of size and weight, the appliance must be tested as per the IET code of practice for the In Service Inspection and Test of Portable Electrical Equipment.
Personnel carrying out inspection must be competent, this course will provide delegates with the key aspects of the IET code of practice and also practical examples of PAT testing. Course attendance can be used to as part of the training requirement to demonstrate competence.
ESTS can offer tailor made on site courses to suit your own specific requirements. These courses can be built around your own PAT testers and the experience levels of the delegates.
They also have a number of Training locations throughout the UK at Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow.
