To help electrical contractors keep up to date with the latest revisions to the 17th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations and to learn about the opportunities created by solar power and other microgeneration schemes, Megger, in conjunction with NAPIT, is holding a series of free and informative seminars at venues around the UK.
The seminars, which have been specifically developed to meet the needs of electrical contractors, will cover the new documentation requirements introduced by the recent revision to the Wiring Regulations, and will also look briefly at the other changes that were introduced as part of the revision, including new provisions for surge protection and measures against electromagnetic influence.
The second key focus of the seminars is microgeneration, including solar PV installations, and the speakers will explain the ways in which contractors can expand their businesses and boost their profits by taking advantage of the growing interest in microgeneration schemes among home and business owners.
The number of places on the seminars, which run from 6th September to 8th November, is strictly limited and demand is expected to be high. Those interested in attending should, therefore, not delay in checking out the details of the seminar venues on the Megger website (www.megger.com), and should make their bookings as soon as possible.
