The long awaited short list for the My Local Electrician on-line electrician of the year has just been released!
From the entries we received ,we can see that electricians with on-line presence are very dedicated and spend a great deal of time and care on their on-line accounts – this demonstrates that having a on line presence is very important in order to move business forward. Electricians have reported business opportunities and work gained by having a presence on-line which costs them only a little time on a daily basis to obtain.
Electricians have become more selective over their advertising methods, realising that by advertising their services on-line reaches a UK wide audience with work gained from further afield – something that conventional advertising methods do not achieve freely.
A big percentage of our entrants have a blog telling others about their daily lives and activities as an electrician – this keeps readers returning and learning about the life of an electrician. Blogging is an increasingly popular media that is widely used across many business sectors and the electrical industry is no exception.
We have chosen our shortlist based upon several factors which include the length of time the electricians have been on line, presentation including punctuation, and grammar and uniqueness of content.
We had a great time reading the entries and gaining an insight into your lives as electricians – we think you are all truly amazing and we have spent some time deciding who should be shortlisted – it has not been easy – the quality of all entries were all very high, and we can see how dedicated you all are – it is not easy combining this work with the demands of being an electrician – so we would like to congratulate all entrants on their high standards of on-line work.
We would now like to announce our short list of entries. These will be passed onto our sponsors of the awards – Megger, Super Rod and Trade Skills 4 U. We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to our sponsors for supporting the On line Electrician of the year awards and now pass on the shortlist for them to judge.
